Since Q4 of 2020, we have promoted seven of our fellow Ranchers.
Clint Abrams – Director, Construction
Hired in 2019, Clint proved to be a key member of the Operations team, using his construction and technical expertise to make some of our most complicated projects successful. In his new role as Director of Construction, Clint will continue to use his broad skill set to lead our group of Site Managers, ensuring that safety, quality, and operational excellence are at the forefront of all of our construction projects.
Jennifer Cain – Vice President, Projects
We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Jennifer Cain to Vice President of Projects. Jennifer joined the company four years ago and has advanced through progressively more senior roles in the Project Delivery department, where she has played a key role during our recent growth and organizational expansion. Jennifer is a licensed professional engineer in 23 states with 22 years of experience in the power industry.
Connor Echols – Senior Manager, Project Development
In recognition of the responsibilities Connor has taken on since joining our team, he has been promoted to Senior Manager of Project Development. In his new role he will lead the Project Development efforts in the critical Georgia market and our emerging opportunities in South Carolina.
Dylan Hall – Manager, Project Development
Since joining Silicon Ranch in 2019, Dylan has become an essential member of the Project Development team. As Manager of Project Development, he will focus on leading greenfield siting efforts across our priority target markets and support other members of the team in our continued efforts to secure and develop high quality assets.
John Marcarelli – Senior Vice President, Business Development
John has played a critical role in the execution of the company’s growth strategy since joining Silicon Ranch in early 2015, including helping us to establish a leadership position with electric cooperatives across the United States. In his expanded role, John will provide both leadership and support for the business development function outside of Georgia and the Tennessee Valley.
Warren Whitson – Director, Utility Planning
In recognition of the increased responsibility as well as the advanced studies capabilities that he has brought to Silicon Ranch, Warren has been promoted to Director of Utility Planning. In this expanded role Warren will be responsible for a team that provides utility studies, project development study screens, and interconnection reviews across Silicon Ranch’s growing pipeline.
Luke Wilkinson – Senior Vice President, Project Development
Our first full-time hire, Luke has held a wide range of responsibilities since joining Silicon Ranch in 2013. Luke’s promotion reflects his increasing responsibility for the expanding Project Development function in support of the ambitious goals of our Business Development team and the critical requirements of our Project Delivery team.
