The transaction marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey to expand the deployment of vital energy infrastructure across the United States. As part of the strategic partnership, AIP’s Director of Investments, Lasse Helstrup, will join the Silicon Ranch Board of Directors. Lasse brings extensive expertise in infrastructure investment and a proven track record of leading AIP’s U.S. portfolio from its office in New York.
The investment from AIP underscores its confidence in Silicon Ranch’s integrated model and long-term growth strategy. With 3.6 gigawatts (GW) of operating capacity and another 3.8 GW in construction or under contract, the company is on track to exceed 10 GW of operating capacity by 2030.
