This will be done by closely collaborating with other functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to: 1) ensure adequate definition of scope, cost, and schedule; 2) establish reasonable baselines; 3) identify and manage risk; and 4) track, monitor, and report project performance. This position is expected to make valuable recommendations that drive project performance. This position will support controls and operating policies that identify, monitor and mitigate risk factors that could impact the success of a project.

Associate, Marketing & Communications
The Associate, Marketing & Communications supports the Origination Team in growing its new business pipeline through the related but discrete functions of Marketing and Business Development. The Associate, Marketing & Communications will work with the Marketing & Communications and Business Development Teams to communicate the Company’s value proposition while growing brand awareness and maintaining brand integrity. The role requires the ability to work well with an internal team from multiple operational disciplines, as well as the ability to represent the Company in external venues, including interfacing externally with customers’ senior staff and leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in the safe planning and performance of electrical tasks within DC, AC, and MV systems as well performing basic electrical testing using industry standard practices. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders including Project Development, Legal, Engineering and Construction Management to support the preparation and execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) RFPs and EPC contracts for solar photovoltaic (PV) plants, battery and energy storage systems and high voltage substations and related service agreements.
Supply Chain Specialist
As Supply Chain Specialist, you will be a key member of the Sourcing team supporting strategic supply chain initiatives related to the procurement of equipment necessary for the construction of solar photovoltaic plans, battery and energy storage systems and high voltage substations and related agreements. You will work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to support the sourcing of material and equipment for solar photovoltaic (PV) plants and substations being constructed across the enterprise.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the project management team with the planning and execution of a portfolio of medium-to- large scale PV solar projects executed concurrently of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator will work with a number of internal teams within Silicon Ranch including business development, project development, engineering, finance, accounting, legal, and field-level site managers.
Senior Associate, Project Development
This position will provide development and pre-construction support activities. This will require coordination with the Business Development and EPC teams to facilitate project needs, including site selection, site due diligence, site acquisition, entitlements, environmental permitting, site assessments, preliminary budget development, etc. This work may require extended travel periods. This position will support permitting, consulting services, engineering, reporting and the general project management required for successful project development and pre-construction support.

Interconnection PM/Engineer are responsible for helping shape the strategic transmission assessment and management of the interconnection process in target markets across the US. This position is critical for execution of the company’s development initiatives and will be assist with new market analyses and transmission related topics including (but not limited to) tariffs, planning, accessibility and overall interconnection process. Interconnection PM/Engineer will manage consultants and other subject matter experts as needed to execute the company’s development strategy.
