Silicon Ranch is pleased to welcome Kristian Schmidt Clausen, Director of Investments at AIP Management, as our newest board member. Kristian leads AIP’s New York office and oversees a portfolio valued at $2.5 billion. He holds an MBA in Econometrics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School and has over a decade of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, having managed deal teams for transactions totaling €12 billion.

Kristian has lived in Copenhagen, London, New York, and Hong Kong, and he is recognized for his expertise in structuring and negotiating complex partnerships.

As we welcome Kristian, we would also like to thank Lasse Helstrup, who previously served on the Silicon Ranch board.
