About Hazlehurst I & II Solar Farms

Silicon Ranch worked in partnership with Green Power EMC to develop, design, fund, and construct two solar generating facilities in Hazlehurst, Georgia.

Hazlehurst I Solar Farm (20 MWac) was dedicated in December 2015, with Hazlehurst II Solar Farm (52 MWac) commissioned in April 2017. At a combined 72MWac, the two projects made Hazlehurst one of the top solar communities in the United States at the time of commissioning.

Silicon Ranch owns and operates the two plants, which provide low-cost, renewable power to Green Power EMC households.
